Epicurean Feast has been a leader in foodservice management for more than
50 years.
One of the largest privately owned
contract food service management companies in the United
States, we offer a distinctive approach to providing corporate
cafeteria and catering services to Business and Industry.
By blending national and signature brands with innovative

Your Café will be operated and managed by a
well trained, experienced, and talented team of food service
professionals. Together with our team of district managers
we have a powerful combination of culinary expertise, creativity,
education, and experience.
Environmental Responsibility
Epicurean Feast has continued to improve on our commitment to environmental responsibility by increasing our initiatives to help our company and our clients become more earth friendly, or
green. This includes maximizing energy efficiency, water conservation, recycling, promoting sustainable agriculture, and environmental training. While not always a fiscal reality in every scenario, Epicurean Feast now offers our clients a range of choices in determining the level of “green” products that will be utilized in our café programs and day to day operations.
Our Corporate Executive Chef, Todd Boulé, added to our staff in 2007, has been instrumental in converting our seasonal me
nus to include a greater range of items that utilize both fresh and sustainable ingredients from local producers. Epicurean Feast continues to work with our distributors and suppliers who share our environmental concerns.
He has also spear-headed our growing participation in the US EPA WasteWise program in 2007 – which helps eliminate costly municipal solid waste and select industrial wastes, while showing tangible benefits to the environment. Epicurean Feast also looks to implement recycling programs at our locations where they don’t currently exist.
