Our Menus and Culinary Programs

Menu Overview
When Epicurean Feast is contracted we begin the communication and collaboration process to determine the types of menus your associates desire. We then customize our menus to your liking. We even offer a favorite meals survey to populations so that we make sure your favorites are available as well as our exciting creations.

Menu Development
Epicurean Feast creates all of the recipes served to our customers. Our team of chefs in the Creative Culinary Council have created a database of recipes that our chef's use to create their menus. Each season we update our menus with items to match product availability and our customers tastes. This enables the chefs to focus on making each dish delicious. In addition to our seasonal menu resource, our chefs are encouraged to be creative with their menus and add their own unique flair.

Menu Design
Each café has a unique weekly menu that is created using the above criteria. The menu is updated each week to include new items, promotional specials, web links to wellness resources, contact information, hours, value deals, and is avaivable to customers by request in the café, or online Monday mornings.

Menu Signage
We offer several options for displaying common every day items in the café serving area. We offer several Signature looks to choose from or we can provide fully customized signage to match your café aestetics.

Signature Culinary Programs
We offer a range of Signature Programs including Kettle Creations (we offer Legal Seafood's Clam Chowder every Friday!), Center of the Plate Entrée, Heath & Grill, Fresh Cuts, Sugar & Spice, a la Carte, Fast & Fresh Gourmet to Go, and our Deli Program including our Signature Panini and Wraps. A range of these food programs are available each week along with daily and weekly specials and café events, raffles, and giveaways..

Value Menus and Combos
In addition to our great everyday value, we offer customized combo offerings and value deals on selected items based on customers request.

Healthy Choices
Epicurean Feast has made a commitment to foster and promote a healthful workplace. Keeping with our food philosophy, our wellness program Eat Well | Live Better provides healthy offerings in conjunction with nutrition education to empower customers to select nutritious food choices in the café. These items are highlighted in the weekly menu.
