Many things can happen with the flow of food through our establishment from purchasing and receiving through storing, preparing, cooking, holding, cooling, reheating, and serving. That's why our team is trained to handle those hazards and are checked frequently.

Quality Begins with Great Communication
Epicurean Feast believes that the quality of our service, delicious food and great customer service, begins with communication of all things Epicurean.  This includes our company core values, human capital, menus, programs, corporate intranet and webmail systems, company blog, and our employee training and appreciation events.

Customer Service and Interaction
Epicurean Feast believes that customer service is our first function and our number one priority.  We understand we are in the service industry and we are there to serve you.  Our commitment to every day excellence hinges on our ability to connect and communicate and effectively meet the tastes of our customers.

Operation Visitation from Upper Management
Our accounts are visited by District Managers on a regular basis to support our managers and meet with clients on day to day operations and financials.  In addition, our marketing and culinary teams visit regularly to ensure a high level of service.  Our executive staff is also frequently in our cafés meeting with employees and clients to ensure exceptional service.

Corporate Intranet Portal and Resources
Our company intranet site contains all the necessary resources for our managers to provide a great food service.  Our Portal provides access to our purchasing standards, menus, recipes, promotional materials and instructions, merchandising, sign templates, our proprietary accounting software Cafétek, and human resources.

Operational Quality
Adherence to company policies and programs, presentation, decor, food and menu quality, promotional materials, uniforms, and financial transparency are strictly enforced through account visitation, menu review, surveys, and client meetings.
