Event Management Services

Event Planning

Our Epicurean Feast Team has been trained to work with you in planning company events whether they are in the café dining area, within the building in a conference room or auditorium, outside the building on premises, or an off--site location. They will assist you in determining all the different elements fo your event including food, service, event rentals, audio visual, adn tents and structure needs.

Catering Service
Our staff will assist in catering your events. In the instance that the event is too large for the café staff to reasonably handle, we will bring in our high end catering partner Currier & Chives Catering. They will help make your event everything you dreamed while managing the food and service aspects of your event.

Audio & Visual
We can provide you with all the audio and visual equipment you need for your event including projectors and screens, mic systems, sound systems, hdtv, and more.,

Rental Items
Through our event professional partner Encore Party Rentals we are able to provide all the tents, stages, tables, chairs, catering equipment, tablewear, flooring, linens, skirting, decoration, signage, lighting and more.

Climate Control
In the situations where air conditioning or heating are necessary,we will accomodate your needs by using the latest climate control technologies to keep everyone comfortable in your event environment.
