A food service contractor was the vendor at a bank headquarters in Western New England.  Sales were declining every quarter and soon customers were looking elsewhere for their food and catering needs.  The President of the bank said “why are we paying for the service if nobody is using it”…So they contracted the Epicurean Feast Team to help keep employees in the building and catering sales to decrease subsidies.  We converted their cafeteria to an Epicurean Feast Café and watched participation increase by 33%.

Epicurean was awarded this contract in March of 2000. The term of our contract is a bilateral 30-day agreement. The most significant accomplishment continues to be providing services that attract the employees from using the many alternative choices in the area.  We presently enjoy 80% participation with overwhelming client approval.

We serve over 1,200 employees daily.  We provide Café, Vending, and Catering Services.

We have provided services at their worldwide headquarters since 1997.  A local vendor that could not meet their needs originally serviced this facility.  We assisted in designing a new facility and helped bring full-service Café options to their hungry employees.  Client expectations have been far exceeded by our dedicated and loyal staff.  We enjoy one of the highest participation rates in our company.
